They found the perfect venue two months later and began planning

We had met and fallen in love in ‘The Triangle’–Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area–so celebrating our big day in North Carolina was a no-brainer,Shrimpy Business  Deborah says. Everything worked out and the couple tied the knot on January 8, 2022 in front of 80 people. Deborah says that the wedding was memorable for many reasons. It was our first celebration of our reunited after a long separation. Because of the pandemic, we couldn’t arrange for our parents to meet. The wedding was important because it brought together two cultures and families. She continued: Shrimpy Business I am Nigerian-American, so traditional Yoruba details were included throughout the reception. His roots influenced not only the venue but also other elements such as the Southern Baptist ceremony officiated and the paying homage to his ancestors, including his grandmother, who recently died.

She says that she naturally avoided makeup because I don’t use beauty products in the hospital. Shrimpy Business I don’t wear makeup very often and wanted to ensure that I looked natural and not overdone. My natural skin was makeup artist did an amazing job.

Deborah got ready in Flora Nikrooz robes and finished the look with Lady Million by Paco Rabanne. She reveals that she had her first set of acrylic nails to show off her ring. They were a lovely blush color.

Deborah describes her ivory lace-and-tulle Essense gown. It featured off-the-shoulder sleeves and full tulle and organza pants, lace detailing and pearl buttons down its back. She says that she knew it was the right one after seeing everyone’s reactions. What about the groom’s wedding-day look? Deborah says that Chad has long, natural hair but prefers to wear it in a compact style. He chose a nice, zig-zag braided style with a band at the back.

The groom looked elegant in a black suit and black shoes. He complemented the look with meaningful accessories. Deborah says that the groom wore cat socks she had given him less than one year into their relationship.
